O Tom Waits chega, senta-se na cadeira e começa a dedilhar o piano. O "Senhor Voz de Gravilha" inicia então a canção escrita por si e pela sua mulher.
Não precisa de uma canção muito complexa para mostrar o quanto é especial, o quanto é bom, o quanto é o melhor a cantar baladas. Num estilo soul à jazz de New Orleans constroi uma canção única que viaja pelas memórias de qualquer um que a oiça.
